THE IDEAL VENUE
After consulting with Chez Vous, United Carpets agreed that the perfect venue for their 3 day corporate event would be the spectacular Hotel Los Monteros in Marbella. Los Monteros is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, gourmet dining, world class golf and unmatched event facilities. It occupies a prime shoreline location in Marbella that gazes out to the south over the tranquil waters of the Western Mediterranean. There are few more compelling locations on the Costa del Sol.
The United Carpets corporate event was spread out over the course of 3 days at Los Monteros with day 1 featuring a welcome meal for all the participants with catering provided by the talented and creative kitchen staff of the hotel itself. Guests dined on local delicacies, presented with typical Los Monteros care and flair, while a variety of international food stations tempted the palates of even the most discerning gastronomes.
Chez Vous arranged all the entertainment as well, which included acrobats, musicians, Capoeira artists and the renowned Area51 performance troupe.
On the second day of the United Carpets event a conference was held at the stunning La Cabane Beach Club at the southern end of the Los Monteros resort. There were presentations, roundtable discussions, a number of important guest speakers and the day unfolded amidst the splendour of warm ocean breezes and the sparkling Mediterranean sunshine.
Day 3 of the United Carpets corporate event saw a wrapping up of the conference, along with a gala and awards ceremony. Besides handling all aesthetic and practical aspects of the event, Chez Vous staff provided technical support, staging and lighting design, as well as audio/visual design, logistics and support. The 3 day event was topped off by more 5 star culinary creations from the Los Monteros kitchen followed by live music, dancing and fireworks after sunset.
